Protection Adviser
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver expert, telephone-based advice to our clients on which protection policies are most suitable for them.
- Stay updated with the latest product and market changes to provide the best advice.
- Manage your business pipeline effectively and maintain high standards of compliance.
- Work with other departments to ensure great client outcomes.
- Meet set business levels – all inbound inquiries, no cold calling or lead generation required.
Who You Are:
- An experienced Protection Adviser or a professional from another sector who can demonstrate a transferable skill set.
- Hold RO1 and RO5 qualifications or equivalent. We will sponsor you to achieve these if required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to comprehend complex information.
- Confident and self-motivated.
- Experience in financial services is a benefit.
