Advisers – first and foremost, we are advisers, not sales people. Our ethos is to treat each customer as we would a member of our own family. You and your family come first and are at the heart of any advice that we provide.


Honesty – we will always be honest with you. If we can’t get you a better policy to fit your circumstances, either in price or policy benefits we will tell you to leave your existing policy untouched.


Experience – our advisers spend two months in training and all our advisers are RO1 and RO5 qualified before they even get to speak to a client. We have published over 400 blogs detailing real life case studies from numerous health conditions to jobs, hobbies and industry advice.


Knowledge of the marketplace – we understand how difficult it can be to find suitable policies if you have a pre-existing medical condition, take part in dangerous sports or past times, frequently travel overseas or have a dangerous occupation. We have found policies for clients with a wide range of conditions. Even those who believed that they were uninsurable.


Committed to protect – if you decide to leave our services, we offer to check your new policy documents to ensure your new cover is fit for purpose. Whilst very few people leave our services (we have kept 96% of our clients since we started trading in 2011), this has resulted in us helping clients who have been cold called. Some people have discovered their new policy documents or application forms, have contained significant errors. Playing down health conditions, which could have resulted in an insurer not paying out in the future. In one case, only one person out of two has been covered when the application was for a joint policy. What matters to us, is that you are protected, we are your safety net.


Trusts – are put in place at no additional cost. We are happy to advise and provide the forms as soon as possible. Trusts are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Respected – David our CEO is a member of the Protection Distributors Group PDG. Made up of ten protection advice and broker firms in the insurance industry, which have joined forces. Their aim is to provide a voice for the sector and improve products and services for clients. Out of this group was born the funeral pledge. PDG called for insurers to do more to help bereaved families, by paying up to £5,000 towards the cost of a funeral if the full policy claim was likely to be delayed.

What can I expect? – we search the best protection providers in the market and will use them to find a product that meets your needs. Your dedicated Adviser will provide full assistance and support with all your paperwork. As mentioned, we are advisers and not sales people our advice comes with absolutely no obligation, no hard sell and the decision to proceed will be at your pace. We are big fans of using clear plain language, we don’t like jargon and promise to make insurance and any processes easy to understand.

How do we get paid? – we get paid commission by the insurance company, once a policy begins. You do not pay us directly. We will of course provide you with a quotation from the insurer, which will tell you exactly how much you will pay for any insurance policy.
