Our relationship with you doesn’t end after your policy has been put in place. We like to check in with you every now and then, to make sure that you have everything that you need from us. We will be happy to review your cover if your circumstances have changed in any way.

Our service starts with getting to know you and providing you with great advice. Ongoing service includes:

  • Once your policy begins we help you to put your policies in Trust at no- additional cost. Our client services team will talk you through the steps in plain English at your own speed. A Trust tells your insurance company who the insurance payment should be made, in the event of a claim. You can read more about the importance of putting your policies in Trust Here.

    Trusts are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

  • Our dedicated claims support team will help you every step of the way if you need to make a claim. They can start the claim on your behalf and give you all of the information and support that you need.

  • Our client relationship team are on hand to help you with:

    1. Making changes to your contact details
    2. Notifying you if you have a Direct Debit issue
    3. Updating your bank account details
    4. Answering any queries you may have about additional benefits

  • A lot can happen in a year. We like to send you an email to remind you of the policies that you have and why they are in place. We also like to give you a call on the anniversary date that your policies began. If a life-changing circumstance has happened to you:

    • Moved house/ remortgaged
    • Given up smoking
    • Got married
    • Had a baby
    • Been divorced
    • Paid off your mortgage
    • Have suffered a serious illness
    • Received inheritance
    • Debt has increased or decreased

    It is important to make sure that your policies are still fit for purpose. Our advisers can assist, even if it is to put your mind at rest that everything is ok and nothing needs to change.

  • Every quarter we will send you an email. Reminding you of what cover you have and why it is in place. We like to let you know about other new and important products available and update you on our service.

    Clients can unsubscribe from quarterly emails if they wish.
