Being a mutual means that the insurer is ‘member’ owned and does not answer to shareholders, all profit is re-invested back into the business for the benefit of its members. Additional benefits

Friendly Voice is a free and confidential service provided by RedArc. Providing long-term practical advice and emotional support tailored to meet the individual needs of those affected by physical or mental health issues, disability, trauma or bereavement. Mainstream services such as the NHS focus on treatment of the patient. RedArc provides additional help – practical information, much needed emotional support and a friendly listening ear.

GP 24 is available to both new and existing Members and gives you, your partner and children access to a virtual GP service, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service offers both video and phone appointments, meaning Members can contact a GP anytime and anywhere.

Your Halo is a confidential health and wellbeing service that provides easy and speedy advice and support from qualified healthcare practitioners. Providing help with physical wellbeing, sleep, exercise and activity and food and nutrition.
