What You’ll Be Doing:

Become the backbone of our operations as you:

  • Deliver top-tier technical and administrative support to our expert advisers.
  • Translate complex information into clear, professional, and client-focused suitability letters.
  • Ensure client files are meticulously complete and compliant with industry standards.
  • Handle client and partner queries with outstanding communication skills.
  • Coordinate appointments and liaise with GP surgeries and insurance providers to drive positive outcomes.
  • Assist with trust forms and maintain accurate computer records.
  • Be a champion of our compliance process—because details matter.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in financial services or protection insurance (bonus points if you’ve worked with an IFA or as a mortgage administrator).
  • Thrives in an administrative role, displaying efficiency and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Boasts strong interpersonal and communication skills and enjoys being part of a team.
  • Can confidently tackle complex information and turn it into meaningful actions.
  • Is self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow.
  • Ideally is able to work full time  (although we would consider 4 full days per week for the right candidate) either office based, hybrid or fully remote.
